Now Hiring - Business Development Specialist in Tustin, CA

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our IT company and help us grow our client base and revenue. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing lead generation channels, maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers, and negotiating contracts and agreements. You will also work closely with our technical team to understand our products and services, and communicate our value proposition to the market.

To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, and at least one year of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the IT industry. You should also have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as a strong customer orientation and a results-driven mindset. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be willing to travel as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in MSP industry (MUST HAVE)
• Basic knowledge of IT (MUST HAVE)
• Strong communication skills
• Can work independently
• Motivated self-starter
• Some knowledge of HIPAA compliance is a plus but not required
• A reliable vehicle with proof of insurance (MUST HAVE)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
